The cancellation policy for any of our tours and holiday packages will be as follows:

Covid-19 Protection

Home Country Lockdown & Red List

If your home country is under lockdown during the tour or puts Bangladesh on Red List, you’ll be able to cancel the tour free of charge. We will keep your deposit as a credit for you without expiration (except the 3% online payment processing fees). You will be able to use it for booking any tour with us in the future. No refund will be provided.

You have to notify us by email within 48 hours of any such announcement by your government to be eligible for this offer. If notified after 48 hours, this protection will not apply, and the regular cancelation charge will apply instead.

Bangladesh Lockdown & Quarantine

Suppose Bangladesh is under lockdown, or you need to quarantine upon arrival in Bangladesh during the tour. In that case, you’ll be able to reschedule the tour or cancel the tour free of charge and keep your deposit as a credit for you without expiration (except the 3% online payment processing fees). You will be able to use the credit for booking any tour with us in the future. No refund will be provided.

Cancellation by the Client

Cancellation up to 90 days before the tour:

Free of charge. We will keep the deposit as a credit for you without expiration (except the 3% online payment processing fees). You will be able to use it for booking any tour with us in the future. No refund will be provided.

Cancellation from 89 days to 45 days before the tour:

For private tours:

Free of charge. We will keep the deposit as a credit for you without expiration (except the 3% online payment processing fees). You will be able to use it for booking any tour with us in the future. No refund will be provided.

For group tours:

25% of the total tour price will be charged, and the rest of the deposit will be refunded (except the 3% online payment processing fees).

Cancellation from 44 days to 30 days before the tour:

25% of the total tour price will be charged, and the rest of the deposit will be refunded (except the 3% online payment processing fees).

Cancellation from 29 days to 7 days before the tour:

50% of the total tour price will be charged, and the rest of the deposit will be refunded (except the 3% online payment processing fees).

Cancellation less than 7 days before the tour:

75% of the total tour price will be charged, and the rest of the deposit will be refunded (except the 3% online payment processing fees).

Cancellation by Nijhoom Tours

Suppose Nijhoom Tours cancels a booking for any unexpected reason. In that case, we will give you an option to reschedule the tour free of charge if that works for you.

If the above does not work, we’ll provide a full refund of the deposit or keep it as a credit for you (except the 3% online payment processing fees, which never reach our account). You will be able to use it for booking any tour with us in the future.

Cancellation Procedure

  • All cancellations must be made by replying to the booking email.
  • No cancellation without written format in reply to the booking email will be accepted.
  • Cancellation over the phone, WhatsApp, or any other way other than mentioned above will not be accepted.
