Cancellation by Client
If cancelled by client, cancellation charge for any of our tours, excursions, holiday packages, and other services will be as follows:
Cancellation more that 30 days before the tour/service
30% of the total price will be deducted. The rest of the deposit will be refunded (except the 3% credit/debit card processing fee).
Cancellation from 30 days to 24 hours before the tour/service
50% of the total price will be deducted. The rest of the deposit will be refunded (except the 3% credit/debit card processing fee).
Cancellation on less then 24 hours before the tour/service
- In case of day tours: No refund will be provided.
- In case of car rental service: No refund will be provided.
- In case of 2-7 day tours: 80% of the total price will be deducted. The rest of the deposit will be refunded (except the 3% credit/debit card processing fee).
- In case of 8-28+ day holiday packages: 70% of the total price will be deducted. The rest of the deposit will be refunded (except the 3% credit/debit card processing fee).
Cancellation by Nijhoom Tours
If for any unexpected reason Nijhoom Tours cancel a booking, we will give you an option to move the booking to a different day without any additional charges, if that work for you. Otherwise we’ll provide a full refund of the deposit (except the 3% credit/debit card processing fee which never reaches our account).
Cancellation Procedure
- All cancellation must be done by replying the booking email.
- No cancellation without written format in reply of the booking email will be accepted.
- Cancellation over phone, What’s App, or any other way other than mentioned above will not be accepted.
