I traveled to Bangladesh in 2022 to join the ‘Raas Festival’ tour organised by Nijhoom Tours. It was a small group tour with a packed itinerary. Visiting everything from textile factories, shipyards, tea plantations, brick factories to schools, bustling cities, hidden villages and jungles and not forgetting the very loud and colourful Raas Festival.
Everything was organised very professionally, staying at various locations in clean and comfortable accommodations. Food was very carefully chosen and very tasty with plenty of options. The guides were very knowledgeable and fun to listen to. The people of Bangladesh are probably the friendliest most inviting people that I have met during my travels and will make you safe and secure.
‘A heaven for photographers’ it is indeed! Take plenty of memory cards for your camera and a sense of adventure and you’ll have a great time.
I would definitely recommend using Nijhoom Tours in order to see parts of Bangladesh that you probably would not have if you traveled there solo. Go for it!
