I just came back from Bangladesh. Did an 18 days tour with Nijhoom Tours (Best of Bangladesh). It was absolutely awesome. This tour completely exceeded my expectations.
The highlight of this tour for me was the Sundarbans mangrove forest which was the most beautiful mangrove forest I’ve seen anywhere in the world. In this tour, I also saw all the Mosques, Hindu and Buddhist temples that are on the Unesco World Heritage List.
Also, the Hill Tribes in Chittagong in the Chittagong Hill Tracts surprised me a lot. I did not expect to see so many diverse cultures and ethnic groups in such a small country.

I also found Bangladesh to be a totally safe country. For me, it is incomprehensible why on the government sites of some western countries Bangladesh is treated like a dangerous travel destination. I find that to be total nonsense.
Bangladesh is a totally safe country and a country that should be on anybody’s bucket list of countries before masses of tourists flock to the country.
Nijoom Tours is an excellent tour operator that I can highly recommend. I had a perfect vacation with an excellent tour operator. Thanks, Nijhoom!
